Passionate About Inspiring Others

When I am not busy working with my amazing clients you can find me enjoying time with my dog Jack and my Husband - we try to escape and go camping where we can put the phones away and really focus on our quality time together enjoying nature.

I also love spending time with friends going out for dinner and drinks on the patio where we can laugh and talk for hours.

So how can my expertise help you?

I am certified in PROSCI Change Management Theory, completed Improvement Facilitator Training and have facilitated conversations, groups, computer training (electronic medical records and Microsoft products), Access Improvement Measures (AIM) a 12-18-month program to improve office efficiency and so much more.

I have been described by my peers as non-judgmental, easy to talk to, a trusted collaborator, an effective facilitator, an out-of-the-box thinker, a relationship builder, a needs assessor, a skilled change manager, a capable implementer, a capacity builder, an influencer, amazing event support.

Prior to being an outstanding Facilitator I worked in almost every role in a medical clinic - from receptionist to manager.

Wearing so many different hats within the medical field I was able to work on multiple provincial implementation projects and more small projects in more clinics than I can count.

I am also a trained nursing attendant and Holistic Health Practitioner graduate, McEwan University, 2008 - that was when my worlds collided!

What is a Holistic Health Practitioner?! Well, it's a way of looking at the whole picture, not just the symptoms. You may have heard it called, in the business world, systems-level thinking.

I have been reinventing myself and my life ever since.
